All of our products are custom designed and built to fit your house – no “one-size-fits-all” service
All of our decks are built to last and are low maintenance
We only use the highest quality materials, not only the material you can see, like vinyl, PVC boards, lumbers, railings, stringers, but also the material you can’t see, from glue to screws
We set high standards for installation and all of our installers are trained to comply with these standards: We always recommend screw pile footings for decks that never heave or sink; our vinyl will be applied 6” up into the wall for perfect sealing; our aluminum railings and stairs are cut to fit and assembled in our shop and installed on your deck as a whole piece, etc…
All the decks are built to meet the building code to avoid any potential problems if you sell your home
All jobs are inspected post-completion to ensure it is done properly
No deposit is required. You pay after the job is done
We provide a 5-year builder warranty for all our standard products. Plus manufacturer warranty
TufDek vinyl comes with a 10, 15, or 20 years manufacturer warranty

				The workmen who did my deck did a very good job in all aspects the vinyl deck covering .  Did a very good job of the prep work which of course leads to a great finished product.

				Have you ever seen a deck and thought to yourself "that looks great, but it would look better if I couldn't see all the screw nails"? Well, I saw two decks that I liked, except for the screw nails, NOT Mountain View. I decide to go with  Mountain View and a design I liked and when the installer started to build the deck, I  noticed that there were NO screw nails showing. I asked him how the deck was going to stay down. He said " I use a clip system". Well 5 plus years later and my deck (no maintenance) still looks great and I have had lots of compliments on it. Oh yes, they were on time and on budget and cleaned up everything.

I decide to go with  Mountain View and a design I liked and when the installer started to build the deck, I  noticed that there were NO screw nails showing. I asked him how the deck was going to stay down. He said " I use a clip system". Well 5 plus years later and my deck (no maintenance) still looks great and I have had lots of compliments on it. 				Mountain View Decks did a fantastic job on enlarging our deck and ensuring our posts didn't move up and down (as the previous deck did, thus ruining our stucco). We just moved and had another quote by Mountain View and I have to say I was stunned. The cost of the new deck would be smaller and it was so insanely expensive! Wish we could go with them, but to be honest, we don't feel like paying over $20,000 for a deck!
